The Rasheed Syed Real Estate Team was built around a simple idea: most people do not need three different advisors to make one property decision. So the practice covers all three sides of Brant County real estate — commercial, residential and investment — under one roof, at eXp Realty.
That means the person helping you buy a home can also tell you what it does as an asset. The person leasing your unit can tell you when it makes sense to sell. And whichever door you come in through, you deal with one point of contact — not a rotating desk.
