Where do I even start... We met Rasheed about a year before we were actually ready to sell our house. He reached out to give us an idea of what our home was worth, and from that day on he never once made us feel pressured. Instead, he'd check in every now and then, keep us updated on what the market was doing, answer our endless questions, and wait until we were ready. Looking back, that patience ended up making one of the biggest differences in our lives. We weren't going to move unless we found exactly what we wanted, and he made sure we never felt like we had to compromise. When the time finally came, he got us into the market at exactly the right time. We were able to buy our dream home before the market shifted, and sell our house at the perfect time too. If we had waited even a little longer, I'm honestly not sure we'd be living in our forever home today. What amazed us most was how hard this guy works. One thing I'll never forget was our very first day looking at houses. He had an entire day planned and took us through what felt like dozens of homes. Some we were only in for five minutes because he was paying attention to what we liked, what we hated, and what we absolutely wouldn't compromise on. He wasn't just showing us good deals, he was showing us different styles of homes, different floor plans, different sizes, and different features so we could really figure out what felt like us. By the end of that day, he knew exactly what we were looking for... probably better than we did. It made the rest of the search so much easier because we finally understood what our dream home actually looked like, and we didn’t want to give up on that or compromise. The thing that stood out most is that you never feel like just another transaction with Rasheed. Every recommendation, every conversation, every decision genuinely felt like he was looking out for us, not just trying to make a sale. There were definitely times we were ready to give up. We started thinking maybe our dream house just wasn't out there, we couldn’t afford it. Rasheed never let us settle. He kept saying, "We'll find it," and "It'll all work out," and somehow... it did. On the selling side, he handled absolutely everything. He arranged staging, was at every open house, kept in constant contact with buyers and agents, negotiated our closing dates, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. We never felt lost because he was always one step ahead. This was our first time selling, our first bidding war... basically our first everything. He walked us through every single step, answered every question, and never once made us feel bad for asking. Rasheed, thank you. Genuinely. You didn't just help us buy and sell a house. You helped us build the next chapter of our lives, and that's something we'll never forget. I know everyone says, "I highly recommend," but I really mean it.
